Whatsjob is a not-for-profit service that helps job seekers and employers find each other. We are not an employer, and we are not a recruitment or placement agent acting for either side. Any job is offered by the employer, and the employment relationship is only between the employer and the job seeker.

2. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that a job seeker will get a job or interview, that an employer will find a worker, or that any job, salary or worker will meet your expectations. Vacancies, salaries and other details come from employers and can change.

3. Verification and your own checks

Where we say that an employer, document or skill has been verified or checked, it means we carried out a basic check at that time, based on the information and documents shown to us. It is not a guarantee of identity, character, financial standing or conduct.

Employers and job seekers must do their own checks before hiring or joining, for example confirming identity and references, visiting the workplace, and agreeing the salary and conditions in writing.

4. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gowri Foundation, Whatsjob and their directors, staff, volunteers and associates are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, wage dispute or other claim arising from dealings between employers, job seekers and other users, or from the use of, or inability to use, our service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

5. We never charge job seekers

Whatsjob never asks job seekers for money. We are not responsible for payments made to anyone who falsely claims to represent Whatsjob. Please report such requests to +91 99631 40558.
